David Bennett is co-owner and co-editor of Ancient and Future Catholics, ChurchYear.Net, and Life in Your Years (a site related to wellness), and a member-manager of Saint Hilary Communications. He lives in Ohio, and graduated from Ohio University with a B.A. in Psychology, from Emory University with a Master of Theological Studies, and received a Post-Master's Certificate in Religious Education from Felician College in 2009. He has been inducted into numerous honor societies, including Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Alpha Theta (history), Eta Sigma Phi (Greek and Latin classics), Psi Chi (Psychology), and Theta Phi (theology). While at Ohio University, he studied Psychology, classical Greek, Philosophy, History, and Biblical Criticism. At Emory University, he studied liturgy, Christian History, Greek, Latin, and Christian Thought. David was received and confirmed into the Catholic Church on August 14, 2004, after spending four years in the Anglican Communion. He is a member of the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars. Currently, his "day job" is the religion department chair at a Catholic High School. He enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer, family, and friends. He really likes running, coffee, golf, the outdoors, target shooting, reading, writing, and health. He is too old for myspace, but is active on Facebook, yet he is still wondering what the heck Twitter is all about. David has written and spoken on a variety of topics, including Sacraments, the Eucharist, the Bible, the Church, the Charismatic Movement, Inclusive Language, the Nicene Creed, Postmodern Ecumenism, Evangelism, Liturgical Worship, his conversion to the Catholic Church, Christmas, Easter, Lent, Trinity Sunday, and many more topics in a variety of Catholic Articles, Church Year Informational Materials, and blog posts.
